Project Overview
Vietnam Highschool Business Case (VHBC) is the first Business Case Competition for high school students in Vietnam. In 2022, VHBC have been co-organized by The Trainee Club, YEO Vietnam and Student Consulting Group.
My Contributions
I have co-Led the team of 10 members, built Event Plan and Execution Plan to raise awareness of the competition among high school students in mainly 2 big cities, Hanoi and HCM City in 3 months (from August to November 2022).
I planned, tracked the Event Plan, adjusted the budget and reported on a weekly basis with the MarCom Team Leader and Board of Management.
Project Results
Event Team have sucessfully coordinated with Communication, External Relation, and R&D Team to organize 07 Offline Events (Launching Ceremony, Kick-off Event at High School, Coaching Camp & Networking Day, and Final Night) and 07 Online Events (Information Day, Assessment Day, Training Series for candidates) during 3 rounds of the competition. Our effort have resulted in 300+ candidates participating in the competition.
